Before moving to Houston, Tx where I began my career, I proudly lived in Chicago, IL where I was born and raised. Health and fitness first inspired me at early age. Long before I fully comprehended the advantages of an active lifestyle and balanced meals. As a highly competitive, sport-driven kid, my interest in athletics blossomed into helping others achieve their own health and body goals. Coming from a family history of diabetes and having concerns about potential health predispositions, I felt compelled to embrace a physically active and health-conscious way of living. My passion to live this way became purpose throughout my college career as a Track & Field athlete. Subsequently, I graduated from Western Illinois University, with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and pursued a dual profession in healthcare and personal training. Over the years, I honed my skills and expertise, specializing in resistance training, corrective exercise, weight loss and nutrition coaching. As a woman, I understand the unique challenges and changes that can impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being as we navigate through different stages of life. Drawing on my own experiences, including competing as a bodybuilder, I recognize the dedication and hard work required to maintain and achieve specific fitness goals. Throughout my personal journey, I have witnessed the profound impact of diet and exercise, in my own life and within the communities I serve. This insight has inspired me to create fitness and nutrition programs, specifically designed to address the unique needs of women, offering effective and easily accessible solutions.
